Get verified

Every member has to verify their ID & phone number. Men have to be invited by a woman to join, and they can only answer signals (not send). Women can both send and answer signals.

Send signals

Feeling unsafe? Send a signal, and we'll spring into action. Signal options include: record audio, text emergency contacts, alert nearby women, all allies, or call the police. You're in control.

Answer signals

Does a woman nearby feel unsafe? Now's your time to step up! Once you accept the signal, we'll share her location and phone so you can make sure she's safe as quickly as possible.

AI Big Brother Calls

Call an AI that will have a back and forth conversation with you that seems real. This will show others around you that you’re not alone, in oder to dissuade any unwanted attention.

AI Legal Advice

Tell us what happened, or what's happening, and we'll automatically generate legal advice and guidance for you. Our AI is trained on the legal system in your region.

What is SafeAgain?

SafeAgain is an app designed to prevent street harassment for women. It offers features like customizable signals, audio recording, location sharing, and emergency services to help combat street harassment and ensure peace of mind for women around the world.

How does the customizable signal feature work?

You can create and tailor signals for different safety scenarios. These signals can trigger specific actions like sending messages or starting audio recording, ensuring a quick and appropriate response to your situation.

What does the 'Alert Nearby Women' feature do?

This feature notifies nearby verified allies who are women. Men allies will not be notified.

Who are the 'Nearby Allies,' and how can they help?

Nearby Allies are SafeAgain users in your area who have indicated their willingness to assist others in unsafe situations. They could be friends, neighbors, local business owners - you name it. All allies go through a verification process. Men go through a more rigorous verification process.

How does the emergency services feature work?

In urgent situations, SafeAgain allows you to quickly call the police with the press of a button, ensuring a swift response to any threats.

How does SafeAgain protect me from predators misusing the app?

Protecting our members, especially in vulnerable moments, is our number one priority.

In order to sign up, allies must submit their ID, verified phone number, and selfie. We know the true legal identity of every user. Furthermore, men must be invited by a woman who is already a user of SafeAgain. Men cannot send signals, only answer them. We have local volunteers in each city who manually verify each member during the sign up process.

When a signal is sent, audio is recorded from the device of the sender and the ally who answers the signal. This data is stored on secure servers around the world.

Accordingly, should any attempt be made to utilize SafeAgain for the purpose of harassing women, be advised that we possess both the identity of the individual(s) involved and substantial audio evidence. We will pursue legal action to the maximum extent of the law.

Is SafeAgain free to use?

Yes! SafeAgain will always be 100% free, forever. Right now we are entirely self-funded, and as we grow we will always find a way to keep the app 100% free for all users.

Can I use SafeAgain in any city?

While SafeAgain will work anywhere, in order for the app to quickly connect you with allies in unsafe situations, we need to be sure we have enough allies on the app. For example, if you live in a small city and there are only 25 allies registered, we can't guarantee you will find an ally at 4am. That's why our approach is to have a concentrated, targeted launch city by city.

Can I customize who receives my location alerts?

Absolutely. When sending a signal you can decide which safety features to enable, and therefore who to notify.

Will the app send notifications or alerts?

SafeAgain sends notifications related to safety alerts, updates, and essential information about the app's functionality. You can customize notification settings as per your preference.

Does the app offer support in multiple languages?

Yes, with the latest update, SafeAgain supports over 100 languages, making it accessible to users worldwide.
